A high end new-build development project, Studio DAR was involved at the outset of the project. The previous building on the site was demolished to make way for this impressive house, which required a patient approach through planning to get the best solution in terms of the relationship between internal area and external massing.

We achieved a large internal floor area for the relatively compact site, and designed generous and luxurious interior spaces to achieve the highest possible sale price.
