We designed a new building to be constructed behind an existing façade on an important street in Mayfair. The developer client's brief asked us to explore the potential for development on the site both in terms of maximising floor area and streamlining the planning process.

Our design found eighteen thousand square feet of space in a scheme that received planning consent last year.
