This major refurbishment of an Eaton Square town house was designed as a flagship project for a high-end residential developer. Studio DAR advised the client on Planning and Listed Building consent and then produced a highly detailed design and specification package to give the client a great deal of control over costs and timing. The scheme realised the full potential of this complex existing building to achieve the highest sale price.
