This project was taken over after planning stage at the request of a developer client. The client¹s brief was to maximise their return on the project without revising the planning application.

Studio DAR took over the project and extensively redesigned the interior spaces to create a very original house within the client¹s envelope.

Completed nearly five years ago, the house surprised local estate agents and the client achieved a much higher sale price per square foot than expected.
